Upgrade Dr Dispatch

Version 9 (Build 192) – November 12th, 2024 – (List of Changes)

1. 1. This is an upgrade for Dr Dispatch 9
   2. Close Dr Dispatch on ALL COMPUTERS
   3. Choose your upgrade (latest has more features but could have some new bugs) versus stable (nothing new added, but stable)
   4. Install Dr Dispatch 9 Upgrade –>(CLICK HERE)<– ON YOUR SERVER FIRST
   5. Your server update will start the Update Manager program. Click the update button to update your database.
   6. Repeat step 3 on all Dr Dispatch computers after your server. You can ignore the Update Manager if it appears POST install
   7. Verify you’re on the build from step 3 by going to the Help->About menu in Dr Dispatch
   8. IF Quickbooks export is not working after an upgrade log into your Quickbooks company file as the Admin user and try again
   9. Quickbooks Export computers may need to download and install Quickbooks Integration SDK V16

• Quickbooks SDK Test Utility – Test if QB integration is working outside of Dr Dispatch.
